During this stage your designer takes you through a detailed design briefing process. The process continues until your dream home concept has been turned into a detailed plan that you’re totally happy with.
Town planning documentation is developed
DKAT can assist in the Townplanning applications ensuring as smooth process as possible.
Step 5
Document Preparation
Once your plans and specifications are finalised, we prepare a quote for you.
Step 6
The Building Contract
DKAT Developments presents you with your contract documents.
Step 7
The Building Permit
DKAT can assist you with the the building permit process and the lodgement of the building documentation and dealing with any issues that arise, to enhance the building experience.
Step 8
The Construction Phase
The real work begins. While your new dream home is being built you’ll deal directly with our friendly Building Project Manager. He will consult with you regularly.
Step 9
Moving In
Once your completed home has passed 3 final inspections and you’ve made the final settlement, you’ll receive the keys to your new home.
